Question: How many points does it take for a teen to have their drivers license taken away and how many violations does it take before losing their license?

Answer: In Arizona, minors who receive a ticket for the first time must attend a traffic school. For the second ticket, the minor's license is suspended for three months. For the third ticket, the minor's license is suspended for six months. The record of these offenses stays on a person's driving record even into adulthood.

I agree with most everything about this law except that the record goes with you into adulthood... I think that what someone did while a kid shouldnt count against them while they are a much more responsible adult.
