My parents don't have joint custody.i really don't see dad as much as my mom. and i'm closer to her than him.i love them both and i like both their houses. but they don't get along and they argue over me all the time.i think it should be joint custody but i know my mom would get really upset.i mean it'd be fair and equal time. so maybe they'd get along better.but when i came home yesterday she got upset cause i didnt mind staying at my dads for spring break.and i feel like me and my mom are far apart now...

I am 16 and I live w/ my dad and his wife and her 2 kids whom I cant stand I want to live w/ my mom and have tried to go to court 3 times and my mom has lost all 3 times but canI leagally choose who I want to live w/ and so that my dad cant do anything? He doesnt want me to live w/ my mom and I only see her everyother weekend. What do I do I NEED to live w/ my mom my life will be 110% better if I do.
