Arrested

If I get arrested for the curfew, what will happen. Will you get handcuffed?

As usual with law enforcement, there is not a one-line answer. Everything depends on the specific circumstances within each situation. However, here is a basic answer: If arrested for curfew, a juvenile is usually not handcuffed. The juvenile will receive a citation (will have to appear in court at a later date) and parents will be called to come pick him up. However, if the officer has to transport the juvenile somewhere (home?), the juvenile will most likely be handcuffed. This is a safety issue with the transport situation.
