Wow, my mom does the exact same thing, but i have no idea what to do!! I have thought of everything but there really isn't anything I can do, any advice?

The police wont do anything about the mental abuse..i've been there done that..they only respond to highly physical abuse. They will give you a card to a child detective and then the detective will just tell you to get a councler to talk to you.

I have a friend who needs help you see she has abusive parents she wants to runaway i talked her out of it i said she can stay by me wenever it helped a lil she said she can't take it anymore her brother is 18 and sides with her parents he has amazing connections and since her parents are deaf he fills them in and whenever he says she did something wrong they beetup on her she lives in a bad neibohood and says she called the cops and child servises and they cant or wont help i told her i would get her help so please help me help her

My mother abuses me mentally and it really scars. All my friends feel bad for me. But my mom plays these mind games telling me all my problems so it seems shes right and shes a good parent. But i know it can be better. i want it to be. Im sick of feeling this way and crying everynight. I hate how i ca'nt even pick my friends. I always get yelled at and told about how stupid i am and really hurtful things and sometimes she even loses it and hurts me physically but she says i deserve it or she doesnt mean it. So i sit here confused on what to do and scared and sick of threats. What should i do?
