I totally agree with you when you say is there a way you can live on your own. Can you?? It is hard to move out on your own, you can't do alot of things you did before. Its soo much harder. Which ever way you go, it will not be the way you want it to be. The way I see it, push yourself till you're older and have a permanent career or job then move out. You will feel so much better. You can't always just tell someone about it. My parents both hit me many times. I had the marks to prove it. When I tried to tell several teachers and councelors, none of them would listen. I am still trying to get help, but no one listens.

I have a friend, and her dad beats her. She says that he will do stuff like burn her if she burns food and hit her and cut her with keys and throw her into things. She won't talk to anyone because she doesn't think anything can be done about it. If there is anything that could be done how could I find out about it and give it to her?
