i live with my mom and my school life and at home life sucks and i want to know if i am allowed to choose who i live with. i want to live with my dad and i will still see my mom every other weekend, so i dont know why she is freaking out. my mom has a jerky husband that nobody likes and he always yells at me. i just want her to understand that i dont like the way i am living now, but i dont know what to do.

Im 14 and i want to be removed from my father who continues to abuse me. My mother has custady of me but is going to jail and i want to live with my grandmother who said she would take me in and cps is telling me to try liveing with my dad again but i refuse. I dont know what to do, i need help.
