my daughter is barely fifteen and 4 months pregnant. the father of her baby is also fifteen and has already been arrested many time. both of his parents abuse drugs and alcohol and their is domestic violence in their home. my daughter tells me that she is "emancipated while she is pregnant" and that she wants to be able "to do whatever she wants and have fun before her stomach gets too big."

That is wrong. If you have a child of your own to take care of, and can be legally responsible for that child, you should be able to be legally responsible for yourself. If you can make legal decisions for another human being, you should be able to do the same for yourself.
