Question: Is it true once you become pregnant you are emancipated?

Answer: You must be sixteen or seventeen-years-old to apply for emancipation. You have to be a resident of Arizona and be able to prove that you can support yourself. The court will give you information about the risks and consequences of being emancipated as well as your rights and obligations as an emancipated minor. You cannot apply for emancipation if you are a ward of the court or in the custody of a state agency.

I have a family who wants to help me. They are willing ot let me stay with them till I am 18. Its my best friends family actually. They live in California, I am going to spend the summer with them and apply to be emansipated in California while I am with them. I have pictures of the brusies and I am getting letters form my probation officer, my councelor and some of my neighbors and good friend's parents. I am also hiring a lawyer. Do I have a chance of wining my case? or would it be best to just not even try? I dont know wht to do. my grandpa's old and cant really take care of me.

We had family counceling for 3 years agian and agian. but if never worked. They actually snet my bro to live with his dad. cause he was so out of hand. I heard emansipation is an option. I dont know much about what I need to do to become it

The court wont let him have counceling and my brother wont stop hurtine me. I TRIED TO DEFEND MYSELF ONCE AND HE i OGT IN TROUBLE FOR SIMPLE ASSSAULT. I am not in probation for 6 months. I just gave him a bloody nose to get him off me. He lied to the ploive and told them that I attacked him and got me in trouble. If he comes after me agian I will be in jail if I defend myself. My mom wonbt listen.
