Im 14 years old and my dad has custuty of me. My mom had custusy of me for my whole life besides these past two years. The only reason i live with my dad now is because my mom moved out of the state and i didnt want to go out of the state. Now that my mom lives in my old hometown, i want to live with her full time. I get along with her much better too. I just wanted to know if i went to court with my mom and dad and told them my story, would they let me move back in with my mother?
