Question: Can a doctor tell my parents why I was there if I don’t want him to, is it against the law?
Answer: There is a legal doctrine titled 'patient-physician privilege.' What this privelege means is that a doctor/medical provider cannot disclose any information about a patient without the patient's consent. You've thrown in a curve ball because you're a minor. But even minors have rights. So the answer is probably NO, your doctor cannot disclose any information regarding your visit without your consent.
