Answer:

Arizona has a new emancipation law that went into effect August 12, 2005. However, it doesn't allow emancipation until you turn 16 and meet the other requirements. See the LawForKids.org Laws Section for a description.

However, if there is abuse in your home, you have other options. Tell a trusted adult or teacher about your situation, to see if they can help. Another option is to call the police or Child Protective Services. If the abuse can be documented, CPS or other child welfare agencies may be able to help you. Sometimes they can get a court to give your custody to a relative other than your mom, or can place you in a safer home.

Sometimes you can get counseling as well, to help with stress and depression. The toll-free number for CPS is 1-888-767-2445.

If there is abuse in your home. You and your sister need to get help. Im glad you are not cutting yourself anymore. You and your sister are precious gifts from God. You are a royal princess. Please dont let the curse of your mother follow you or sister. I beg you please get help for her mother and help for you and your sister. I will have you and your family in prayer.
