Question: Is it called abuse if a family member hits you playfully?

Answer: If they are playfully hitting you, it probably wouldn't qualify as abuse. If they are beating you and it hurts or leaves bruises and they do this continually it would be considered abuse. If you don't like it, ask the family member to stop.

I think that when one of your family members hits you, no matter if it hurts or not, I think if it leaves a mark than thats not playing, thats abuse. If someone abuses you, you should tell someone. If you are or have been abused, I know how you feel.
