Question: How old do you have to be to drive a pocket bike in mesa or gilbert?
Answer: Each Arizona city and town has their own ordinances (or laws) about pocket bikes, and these laws include a lot more than just how old you need to be to ride a pocket bike. You should follow the links below to read more about the law for your city.
The Gilbert City ordinance says children under the age of 13 can't operate a motorized play vehicle or motorized skateboard.
The Mesa City ordinance says children under the age of 14 can't operate a motorized skateboard.
