Question: !!!PLEASE HELP!!!!! MY PARENTS ARE GOING TO SEND ME TO BOOT CAMP FOR NO REASON MY MOM AND DAD BOTH HIT ME AND I DID PUSH MY MOM 1 TIME THATS ALL SO SHE CAN STOP HITTING ME WITH MY DAD HE PUNCH ME SO I JUST BEAR HUG HIM IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO GET OUT OF THIS FAMLIY AND LIVE BY MY OWN I DO MAKE MONEY I SELL HIP HOP BEATS (MAKE GOOD MONEY )I DO TAKE PILLS FOR MY BYPOLER SIN-DRUM CAN MY PARENTS USE THAT SO I CAN'T GET AWAY FROM THIS FAMLIY AND ALSO MY MOM DOES TAKE HEAVY MED. !!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Answer:

If you are being physically abused, you need to call the police (911) and Child Protective Services at 1-800-767-2445.  You can also contact the Children's Law Center on-line.

If there is any other family members or friends' families you can stay with, have them contact the Children's Law Center at 602-258-3434 x 266.

To answer your question about living on your own, see the Law for Kids section on Emancipation

Note that you have to be at least 16 years old to be emancipated.

well really u could just run away but the good thing to do is go and tell ur teacher or police that is child abuse to punch or hit ur kid! because my parents did that and now they r in JAIL!

i know exactly wat ur goin through and im so sorry! as for pushing your mom that was more than likely self defense and i how hard it is to just sit there. on a brighter side if u do get sent to boot camp then at least they cant abuse you anymore..
