Question: My parents are divorced, and I currently live with my mother, but we do NOT get along anymore. I am not a bad kid (I don't do drugs, smoke, steal, or any of that stuff), but I want to move in with my dad until I graduate from high school, so that my mom and I can get away from eachother. She also tells me to pack my bags and get out on a daily basis. Then she tells me that if I leave then she will call the police and tell them I'm a runaway and have me convicted. Can she do that?
