Question: What can I do if my parents verbally abuse me?

You said your parent verbally abuse you. If they don't hit you-you can try what my therapist told me (it worked). Say very calmy to them" you are being abusive". Don't me smart abou it. Just calmy make your point. Parents don't know what they sound like. Really!

My parent always hit me in the face they i get hit if i take to long in the bath tub or take to long to make a bottle for my sister they give my five minutes to take a bath and 3 to take a shower i every night i have to go to sleep on the some times i cryme self to sleep some times i can not fell my legs i need help
