Question: If the parent allows sexual contact with someone 16 and older what is the law on that?

Answer: Sexual contact is illegal if either one or the other partner is younger than 18. It is still illegal, even if the parents allow it. The only exception is if the two youths are legally married to each other.

I think if you love someone then age isnt a matter its only a number. Just make sure thats what you want and not what he wants.

There is no way that you can just have sex with anyone and if you think that you can do that, then what will be special to you when you are actually in love with someone.
