Question: If the parent allows sexual contact with someone 16 and older what is the law on that?

Answer: Sexual contact is illegal if either one or the other partner is younger than 18. It is still illegal, even if the parents allow it. The only exception is if the two youths are legally married to each other.

I don't think you can just have sex with anyone. That is direspect to your body. But i say if you are happy and that is waht you want to do you are going to do it anyway then why stop you.

I am 16 soon to be 17 and i have an 18 year old boyfriend and he wants me to marry him. I also have a 7 month old son. Would the Missouri law allow me to marry him without a parental consent?

She wont leave him because of his money and right now me and my mom are staying at my grandmas. Could it be possible to go and live with my boyfriend if the court says its alright? And do i have to have my moms permission?
