Question: If the parent allows sexual contact with someone 16 and older what is the law on that?

Answer: Sexual contact is illegal if either one or the other partner is younger than 18. It is still illegal, even if the parents allow it. The only exception is if the two youths are legally married to each other.

Ok I'm 14 and will be 15 in about a month , the guy I'm interested in is 17. He will soon be 18 in a month , I'm not quite sure about this law, or whatever it may be. I know that I wouln't have sex with him and he knows where I stand, I wish I new more. He doesn't know what to do and I don't aswell.
