Question:

Could you get busted by the police if you have a pill in your backpack at school?

Answer:

It is illegal to possess prescription medication that is not prescribed to you (as in, pills you're not able to buy in a supermarket, or your doctor did not give you). Just because you're in school, does not mean that you're allowed to break the law. While police may need a warrant to search your backpack, a school official may search your backpack if they have a reasonable suspicion that you're breaking the law or school rules.
