Question: Is it unconstitutional for teachers to tell me to turn my shirt inside out?

Answer: School authorities can make reasonable rules and regulations controlling student conduct including student dress and personal appearance. Most school dress codes have been upheld by courts except where the rules were too broad, vague, ambiguous, or don't relate to legitimate educational purposes. Depending on what was on your shirt, your school could be seen as being reasonable in requiring you to turn it around.

I thought nobody was above or below the law. Are the schools up as high as the legislative branch? They strip us of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression and Freedom of the Press it's not fair we have to be regulated they give us no rights to make a choice at our own age.
