i took the GED pre test and got one of the highest scores you can make on it now my parents wont sign the paper to take me out of school to get my GED would it help if i had my GED befor i went to court?

Ive been to 4 different schools this year and is hard. i missed almost a whole month and now whenever i dont show up for school a cop shows up and takes me to school even if its an exused absensce. They even make me go when im sick

I have certainly been in trouble for truancy. I was sent away for six months and got out on $2500 bond and home confinement. I think they should help truant people instead of sending them away. I was in an unsafe environment where I could've been hurt badly, but the judge didn't care he just wanted to look tough.
