Question: I'm enrolled in night school, but there are elective classes that aren't offered there yet they are in day school. How do I legally take the day school electives for credit while in night school?

Answer: The law does not address a specific situation such as yours. In this instance, the school district would have jurisdiction over the decision of which classes to offer when. You might want to address this to your school's principal or Superintendent.

Talk to your principal. The principal would have to approve and sign a form, which would indicate his approval.
