I dont know how old the people are in this forem but most of you sound very mature and responsible. I agree to a certain extent that minors should be able to drink alchol. The only objection I have, other then Iresponsible drinking, is the health effects on a young persons developing mind and body. This is the same reason young people are encouraged not to smoke, or drink coffee. Not because we dont think you can handle it. Becasue of the posibility of adverse effects to you health.
