Question: Are sniffing whiteout and magic markers illegal?

Answer: Inhaling toxic vapors is commonly referred to as 'Huffing' and it is against the law in Arizona.

It is against the law to knowingly breathe, inhale, or drink a vapor-releasing toxic substance. Common things that fit this definition are glue, spray paint, gasoline, etc.

There are also regulations regarding the sale of inhalants. Using or selling these substances is regarded as a class 5 felony or a class 1 misdemeanor depending on the seriousness of the offense. (ARS 13-3403).

i helped my friend becuase she told me that sniffing made her feel good becusae she thought that she was ugly and wasn't nice, but she is very nice and not ugly, all you need is to talk to that person and let them know you are listening and you won't tell anyone except if they get really hurt then tell sumone but just listen to your friend and talk about how it can kill you or give you brian damage. thats how i helped my friend and she is not doing it anymore.

hey whats up I read what you wrote about you sniffing whitout only once. You defintley shouldn't die, espically since it was only once. My friend and me have been sniffing markers for the last 2 days, well yesterday when she got gome she took her marker and went outside. When she got out there she started sniffing it again but then her nose started bleeding and I'm really worried about her.I kinda think she got addicted to it or something.Should I tell an adult?

I entered a comment on here before. Afterward, I became even more addicted to white out, and since yesterday I couldn't live without sniffing it at least ten times a day (I never got high, as I simply love the smell, but I did get light headed). White out destroys your myelin sheath, which surrounds your brain and helps transmit signals. It displaces oxygen in your lungs, and creates organ damage. As I type I am trying to loosen up my lungs, which are weasing from sniffing it so much. I know I quit too late, but at least I quit and will live. White out kills, read about it, and live without it
