i would deffinetly have to agree somewhat with both sides of this issue yes marijuana can dullen senses or contribute to lung cancer but the harmful effects of alcohol and ciggarettes does what marijuana does times 10...thats what i dont seem to understand, if you can legalize ciggarettes and alcohol why cant you legalize a substance that is far less harmful than them...If anyone can intelegently anwser this question then i will be amazed...its like saying make oxycontin an "over the counter" drug and prohibiting vicodan

the country u live in has legalized both alcohol and tobacco which are both proven to kill you (alcohol can kill u in a matter of hours if u ingest too much), so why bash marijuana? it DOESNT impair your vision, you could never die in one night from marijuana (you would pass out or fall asleep long before you died), and it is proven to have medicinal purposes. did u know the state u live in passed proposition 200 a while back which stated that you can be "perscribed" any Scheduale I controlled substance which includes but is not limited to: cyclobin mushrooms, LSD, Marijuana, and herione.
