You can still get charged with all kinds of alcohol. Last week i was inside a friends house and cop knocked on the door. he said he was watching us from the window outside (a neighbor tipped him off) and he saw my 2 friends drinking (one is over 21) and didn't see me drink, BUT i had an open bottle in front of me. i got charged with a minor in consumption even though he didnt see me drink and didnt give me a BAC test

You are full of it. I got an MIP and wasn't driking. I was at a friend's apartment who had alcohol in the fridge. The police were called due to a loud party(of 4 people, Loud my foot.) They came in, checked the fridge and gave us all MIPs even though none of us were drinking.

me and my friends were drinkin at a friends house and we went outside and were just talking. not drinking outside we did that all inside. and the cop went by slow and came back and opened the door to the house came in woke one passed up kid up went in the other room and dragged a kid out from under the bed. they had no reason to bust us they didnt even wake up the parents of the kids house? is that legal?

I got my first MIP at the beginging of this month. I was at a party and we had noise complaints, so the cops showed, did a test on me and a failed it because i was drunk, They gave me a MIP and my base fine is $500.00, I got to court tomorrow so hopefully they lower it. I just cant understand why mine is so much? Anyways, i hope things turn out good tomorrow!

i was at a going away party for one of my friends that is goin in the army i hadnt been drinking and i was walking down the road to meet my mom who was picking me up and the police said i couldnt walk down that road so i said ok turned around and i was crossing the street to walk through the bushes and 4 police ran up and took me to the police car and gave me an MIP without a portable breath test (pbt) or a field soberiety test (fst) they asked if i was drinking and i said no so i dont know how i could get an MIP for that......
