Question: How many years could you get if have a meth. Lab in your house?

Answer: Arizona law (ARS §13-3401) defines methamphetamine as a 'dangerous drug'. Also, if you knowingly possess, use, administer, acquire, sell, manufacture, possess equipment or chemicals for the purpose of manufacturing, or transport a dangerous drug it is classified as a class 2 or class 3 (possessing equipment or chemicals for the purpose of manufacturing) felony (ARS §13-3407) .

The penalty for a class 2 felony is 5 years in prison. The penalty for a class 3 felony is three and one half years.

In addition to prison time, you may be ordered to pay a fine of not less than one thousand dollars or three times the value, as determined by the court, of the dangerous drugs involved in or giving rise to the charge, whichever is greater.

Your boyfriend shouldn't of been doing/selling drugs...duh! Besides, who the hell does meth anyways? It's a bunch of poisons mixed together, where's the appeal in that? You wouldn't go drink a gallon of bleach, why would you smoke it when it's mixed with even more harmful products?

Goodness, people are worried about their friends and significant others spending time in jail for breaking the law? If you choose to commit crimes then eventually you will have to face the consequences. The laws aren't secrets.
