Question: How many years could you get if have a meth. Lab in your house?

Answer: Arizona law (ARS §13-3401) defines methamphetamine as a 'dangerous drug'. Also, if you knowingly possess, use, administer, acquire, sell, manufacture, possess equipment or chemicals for the purpose of manufacturing, or transport a dangerous drug it is classified as a class 2 or class 3 (possessing equipment or chemicals for the purpose of manufacturing) felony (ARS §13-3407) .

The penalty for a class 2 felony is 5 years in prison. The penalty for a class 3 felony is three and one half years.

In addition to prison time, you may be ordered to pay a fine of not less than one thousand dollars or three times the value, as determined by the court, of the dangerous drugs involved in or giving rise to the charge, whichever is greater.

My Grandson was sentenced to prison for 13 years for a first time intempt to manufacture meth.There were 4 other guys in the van with him.They found no meth on my grandson or in the van.Isn't 13 years a bit steep??He is going to court under the Mcadam law to get it reduced i heard know more than 19 months Is this true??

Anyone over the age of 16 should know that dealing in illegal drugs can result in jail time. Do the crime, do the time, or be really really careful to whom you sell to!
