Question: What are the penalties for producing Psilocybin mushrooms?
Answer: Psilocybin in considered a dangerous drug according to Arizona Law (ARS 13-3401 6. (a) (xxv)) and its possession, use, sale, manufacture or transportation is a class 3 felony (ARS 13-3407 B. 6). A class 3 felony may be punished by up to 5 years in prison and up to $150,000.00 in fines (plus surcharges).

I believe that some drugs, if used with responsibility, can give people some very spiritual experiences. I've used mushrooms on several occasions and I’ve even dropped acid before. I’ve never done anything dangerous or stupid while under the influence of these substances. If people would thoroughly educate themselves about these drugs and treat them with the respect they deserve, taking the necessary precautions to ensure their safety during these “journeys”, there wouldn’t be a need for the government to protect the ignorant fools who have no idea what they are getting into.

I am transferring my college GPA of 3.73, to Arizona. I have lived in Mich. my whole life, & have used marijuana for nearly 3 years. Before I started using marijuana I was a "typical" gothic teenager, controlled by my peers. When I started a new job, I meet a new group of people. They have quickly become some of the best friends of my life. B/c of their influence on my life, I was able to become my own person, w/o mimicking anyone else.
