Question: What are the penalties for producing Psilocybin mushrooms?
Answer: Psilocybin in considered a dangerous drug according to Arizona Law (ARS 13-3401 6. (a) (xxv)) and its possession, use, sale, manufacture or transportation is a class 3 felony (ARS 13-3407 B. 6). A class 3 felony may be punished by up to 5 years in prison and up to $150,000.00 in fines (plus surcharges).

In regards to the poor girl who lost her friend while he was driving high. you must understand that in this world, there are some people who are irresponsible and some who are not. im sure your friend had a lot to live for, and im sorry you lost him, but you cant blame marijuana, blame human nature. as long as there are thrills to seek, whether getting high or drunk or stealing a truck, there are some people who will take it to the limit, with sometimes tragic consequences. but ganja does not impair judgement, merely the senses, so he should not have been driving in the first place.

I can assure you marijuana had nothing to do with him stealing that truck, that was his dumb idea. Marijuana was not made illegal for our protection, in fact the government tells you untrue facts about marijuana in todays ads and commercials. why, because who has a BIG influence in the government, the tobacco and alcohol industry. Which make a lot of money for the gov. They 're just eliminating the competition, and feeding the youth's brains with stuff they want them to believe are facts. Do your own research then you can talk trash about marijuana.
