Are police supposed to give you/show you the results on the scene or before you are admitted into jail. I took all the FST's on scene and even a breathalyzer. He didnt tell me my results. Asked if I would do a chemical test. And I said, no I just passed all four of your tests why would I need to do more. And so he took me to jail. What does all this mean?

a friend was arrested at a bon fire, the cops came up and arrested him, didnt read his rights to him though, i was holding his beer as he was throwing up. I received an MIP for having the beer bottle, even though it wasnt mine, and the cops didnt give me a breathalyzer, but gave me a ticket for MIP...can i take that to court and have a good chance to prove that i wasnt drinking?
