Question: Can I read my Bible in school to my self in class?

Answer: The work that students do in class is subject to the control of the teacher. However, if a teacher gives no guidelines on what students may select to read during a free reading period, a student may read the Bible or any other religious literature.

i belive that you should be able to read the bible in skewl .first it is not hurting any one .second maybe there is someone that had alot of problems and need gudence and they would see you reading the bible and ask a few things that may help them out.third if we can read about death ,pain , and sexual sittitions in skewl what not something upbuliding and heplful.i think the skewl just want to make a depressed.

I'm with jessica from PA.-Marco how could you tell others about God if you can't read your bible in school. If your bible should stay in church shouldn't it also be that you should leave your thoughts about God in church. Then how would anyone learn about GOD? :}

I'm a Christian and I go to a Christian school so I really don't have a problem of not being allowed to read my bible in school. But GOD is something you can't live without so if you want to read your bible in school, go right ahead. : }
