    ALCOHOL

    Possession of Alcohol:

    Is is against the law for a person under the legal drinking age (which is 21) to buy, receive, have in possession, or consume alcohol.(ARS 4-244).

    If you have or use alcohol when you are under the age of 21, you may be put on probation, have your driving privileges suspended, or pay fines or damages.

    that would not be legal. in order for them to kick you off the team they have to be shown proof by the police, a judge, or the state that you were in posession. if they did it just because of what they heard, they are not following the rules. i would take it to court.

    my dad ,myself and some friends stayed at a hotel, my dad left the room and left achohol in the room no one drank any the cops came because me and my friends where being to loud called my dad on his cell he came back to the room and no one was charged with anything- my school found out the cops where called and kicked me off the basketball team for possesion. i was not charged from the cops nor was my dad. is this legal. i didnot rent the room or buy the alchohol

    i think the drinking laws no good...who's to say that im 2 young to drink responsibly. in Europe you only have 2 b like 19. and they have less accidents then we do. Are they wrong? Mexico is only like 16. who's to tell me that im too young?

    i can say that i will never be caught with alcohol again it is the worst thing i have ever had to deal with. i could have gotten a dui i wish i could just pay it all off. the law works i will not be seen by a police officer with any kind of alcohol until im 21.

    Ok I just got possession of alcohol at a party and the police never saw any one with a beer in there hand but just found two old kegs that were not even used. They gave me the criminal code 4-244.9 what exactly is that?
