    Laws - View Law: FIGHTING AND ASSAULT

    An assault is committed any time a person knowingly causes physical injury to another person. It is also any time that someone may feel physically threatened or when someone touches someone else to provoke or insult them. (A.R.S. § 13-1203).

    Sometimes assault is classified as a misdemeanor. Aggravated assault is a felony. It is important to know this and to realize that fighting can be illegal. If you are involved in a fight, you could also be charged with disorderly conduct or disturbing the peace.

    Alais form TX. you can go to court and ask the juge to find you emassapated meening to give you the same rights as an adult you and your boy frind can do this but you will need to prove to the court that you take care of you and your little one, and any one that is willing to help you if you need it get a letter from them to show the court, and if you have a job or will be able to get one / how will you get money to live on ? / but you need to realy think about it this is a big step and it will not be easy as you think it is. Note: if you do all this work your self court will like it.

    hey i have a question. My friends and i where walking down town one night and there was a group of people, probably around 18-20, when my friends and i were crossing the intersection they were headin our way, one of them swung 2 times at my friend. we didnt do anything because there was only 4 of us and 20 of them. could i have hit back the guy or what could have i done, because i was heated, i was about to just start swinging at them.
