    Laws - View Law: SEATBELTS

The law says that everyone in the front seat of a vehicle has to wear a seat belt. Sometimes a seat belt is called a vehicle restraint. It is the driver’s responsibility to make sure that any passenger in the front seat under the age of sixteen uses the vehicle restraint. (ARS 28-909)

    This includes the following:

    • Have the lap and shoulder belt properly adjusted and fastened while the vehicle is in motion.
    • If only a lap belt is installed where the occupant is sitting, have the lap belt properly adjusted and fastened while the vehicle is in motion.

i tell every single person i know...wear your seatbelt it is the dumbest thing in the world not to. it has almost been five years that peri has been gone. and every day it is more and more unfair that five years of my life, all of her other friend's lives and her family's lives have been spent without her. it has been almost five years and i still think about her every single day and wish she was here with every bone in my body. wear your seat belt please. it's not worth it.

It should be the drivers choice if he/she wears a seat belt. But any child should wear a seat belt while in a moving car. An adult should have a choice I know of several times where seat belts have kill friends and family.

As you can see its been several years after the last comment. I miss Peri so much that everyday i find myself thinking about her. This was an accident that shouldve never happend, and has affected so many lives in different ways. I never get in a car without putting on my seat belt even if its in the back seat. I beg my brother, and my friends to put it on because i dont think i can handle loosing another friend like that. I will never forget about Peri Laguna and still keep thinking that I will wake up from this dream and see her again.
