Drinking

What is the maximum penalty of a 19 year old underage drinking, DUI, and a car crash with none hurt and no other cars involved?

There is not really a way to tell without knowing the specific facts of your case because the maximum really depends on how bad the crash was. For the DUI you will probably get a fine of $300 or imprisonment between 48 hours and 30 days. In addition, your license will be suspended for a period of six months. SC Code 56-5-2940. If the crash was serious enough, you could face worse charges such as reckless driving. Additionally, a 19 year old may face charges for underage consumption of alcohol.  In SC, being drunk is evidence of consumption. This carries a possible penalty of a fine between $100 and $200, up to 30 days in jail, or both.  SC Code 20-7-8920.
