hi im a 15 year old girl that is from california. i am on honor roll and have never have gotten in trouble until just last monday on july 17 when i made the dumbest choice i will ever make in my life. my friend who got her license just in april and i were going to pick up her charger for her phone at a friends house.before we left my friend got a little shaky from what another friend had said to her so she asked me to drive. i said yes but that i would only drive around the corner.and i only have my permit very bad idea...and of course it only took that split second when we got into the accident. my friend lied to the cop telling him that she was driving but i couldnt lie and so i told the truth..now we have to go to court im cited for the accident but my friend is cited for leing to the cop and letting an unlicensed driver drive her carand for having minors in her car. i am really scared but im just trying to figure out what is going to happen..i dont know how to react to anything... im so scared.

I am not triing to be judgmental cause i know how it feels so just try, i remember when i messed up my record... it isn't easy to keep it clean after that! GOOD LUCK!!!!!
