    Laws - View Law: JOYRIDING

    Joyriding is defined as borrowing someone’s car, bicycle, boat, or motorcycle without permission and with the intention of just using it for a while.

    Even if you are just a passenger, you are still responsible and if the vehicle gets damaged you may have to pay.

    Other penalties for joyriding are counseling, community service, probation, house arrest, detention, or having your driver’s license or permit taken away.

    Joyriding is pointless but , it can be fun or it can be a dangerous crime. I suggest not to do it at all! I mean who would want to go to jail or lose your License or even write a 1000 word essay.Just stay above the influence , thats what I say.

    just to let you know joyriding is NOT FUN!!! my friend drove in a vehicle and then he went on a police chase the next minute he crashed into a car and died and you wouldnt want this to HAPPEN TO YOU JOYRIDING IS NOT FUN OK!

    well i drive all the time, i got caught with my sister's RSX, but i got into BMW's and other sports cars. its fun but DONT speed!! and look old! i dont think its too bad and i hope nothing happens to me...cars are my life..
