Can I divorce my parents?

Not really, what you are probably thinking about is a case in Florida in 1992 where a boy filed a court case and had the parental rights of his parents terminated and his foster parents adopted him. The boy in that case had been abused by his mother and had been living in a foster home for 2 years. The judge decided that the boy would be better off if his foster parents were his real parents and his mother had no rights over him.

Termination of parental rights is a very serious thing and usually only occurs in cases where the parent(s) are abusive, neglectful, or have abandoned the child.  Also, in that Florida case, the boy's foster parents wanted to adopt him, so it wasn't that he was on his own after he "divorced" his parents.

You cannot "divorce" your parents because you do not get along with them or because you think they are too strict.
