    What if your employer sexually harassed you in the work place or outside of work? Also askes you to try and get him illegal drugs?

      

    Is it true in SC when leaving a job, a 2 week notice is not required?

      

    I have worked for the same company, in the same position, for two years now. For two years, I have had the same schedule. I have based the rest of my life around this schedule. Recently, we got a new boss, and he decided to change everyone's (including mine) schedule, and not even tell them about it. Just left it on the wall for us to check, which we don't because we all work the same hours. Can he do this without our approval, or checking with us for our availability?

      

    Do I have sign any form of discharge papers from a former place of employment in order to recieve my paycheck? Costco is saying I have to and will not mail my last check to me.

      

    What constitutes part time employment?

      

    can you be fired or replaced if you srtike in a right to work state at a grocery store, with union back up?

    Does a person on probation have to tell their job that they are on probation, even though they never ask during the hiring process?

      

    I was fired from my job because I tried to reschedule my drug test because i was in a motorcycle accident that was not my fault. but i still took it on time. then i found out they let someone else reschedule theres for there brothers wedding and other employees took theres at diffrent times. I cant figure out if this is right or not can you help?

      

    i am curently workin a part time job at at the local skating rink and they will schedule me for a time and i go in right on time never late and alot of times they will have me and other employees sit around and wait to get put on for hours without payin us they claim that theres nothin to do ... is it legal to make me stay around without gettin paid when im coming in on time or do they have to pay me and if they need to b payin me is there a way i can do something about this?? thanks for the help
