Laws - View Law: POSSESSION AND USE OF MARIJUANA

    Possession and Use of Marijuana

Possession and use of marijuana is either a felony or a misdemeanor. Possession of marijuana that you intend to sell is a felony. Possession and use of marijuana can result in probation, attending classes on the harmful effects of drugs, and performing community service. (ARS 13-3405). You may also lose your driving privileges.

An adjudication on a marijuana charge goes on your record and can follow you throughout your life. For example, a candidate for a U.S. Supreme Court appointment was disqualified after admitting he had used marijuana as a student.

Okay thats it, I am sick of seein people say that marijuana is bad for you.. IT IS NOT BAD FOR YOU. PEOPLE ON HERE SAYING THAT IT MESSED UP THEIR WHOLE LIFE ARE LYING. Well maybe they are not lying but if that is the case then they have NO WILLPOWER. IT DOES NOT HURT YOU TO SMOKE MARIJUANA. THE ONLY BAD thing that can happen is that you might get arrested, because it is "illegal"... FOR NO REASON!

I just turned 21 and I was nursing school which gave me random drugtest therefore i couldnt smoke marijuana.Anyways my house got raided by the police because they got some misinformation and they thought my brother was selling dope. They were wrong. They found 2 grams or marijuana and a pipe in my brother's room as well as rotch that my girlfriend left in my room. So they charged me with poccession of weed fragments that couldnt even get you high. Where is the legistics of that. So i had withdraw from school and change my major one year away from a degree over a rotch.Thanx Fairhope P.D.
