Smoking pot should be legal because its not as bad for you or others around you as some things that are legal. Health wise its not as bad as cigarettes and driving while your high is a lot less dangerous than driving while drunk. Sure people are killed by drivers that are high, but people are killed by drivers that are drunk a lot more often and accidents happen even the driver is sober.

I would like to point out that everyone here that thinks marijuana should be legal mostly likely smoke it themselves. Ok just because very few people smoke it dont get killed....doesnt mean that people who smoke it dont kill other people....There was a Hit&run in my neighborhood. The man was smoking weed and didnt even see the 3 year old girl on the sidewalk. She was killed.
