I think that any one that can smoke can also drink. I was 16 years old when i first got busted for drinking all they did was called my mom and gave me a ticket they also gave me some community service I told them what i think and they told me that if i kept going on like this that i would get put in jail, the Next time i got busted i was in a car with my friend he was drunk and was only 15 and i was passed out in the back of his car. They put me in jail for two nights and gave me a ticket. Now i am on house arrest.

All I have to say is that it is very unfair to let a person who is 18 be allowed to go out and fight a war and have the responsibility of millions of peoples lives in his hands but he is not allowed to be responsible enough to drink a beer...

people who believe drinking is wrong need to grow up and stop living in a fantasy. Drinking happens all over by people legally allowed to drink as well as those that are underage. Drinking itself is not a bad thing. I believe the laws regarding possession of alcohol are rediculous. If a person can enjoy alcohol without breaking any other law (aside from the laws they break by enjoying it underage) then they should be legally permitted to do so. Most of the problems regarding alcohol poisoning are in regard to someone who simply has had no experience with drinking and makes a poor judgment call
