ALCOHOL
Possession of Alcohol:
Is is against the law for a person under the legal drinking age (which is 21) to buy, receive, have in possession, or consume alcohol.(ARS 4-244).
If you have or use alcohol when you are under the age of 21, you may be put on probation, have your driving privileges suspended, or pay fines or damages.

I feel drinking should be allowed as people are responsible for their actions, they are only causing themselves harm. Comminting crimes such as drink driving is wrong but even people over the legal age commit this crime.

The driking age should be lowered to atleast 18. If you are old enough to join the army and fight a war, or legally own a gun, then you are old enough to drink a wine cooler for gods sake. Come on now, lets be realistic drinking isnt BAD in and of itself, its whether or not you're responsible. You shouldnt drink and drive, thats obvious, and you shouldnt get drunk and go out causing trouble. Other than that what is the huge deal about someone in thier late teens having a few beers?

What good does it do to punish an underaged kid simply for having alcohol? I dont bother anyone or otherwise break the law, but I do like to party. What annoys me is that the fact I like to party in and of itself turns me into a criminal. This is unfair.
