Answer: The following are the curfew laws for Phoenix, Arizona:
Ages 15 and under: 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Ages 16-17: 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.
The following are the curfew laws for Scottsdale, Arizona:
Ages 15 and under: 10:00 p.m.
Ages 16-17: 12:00 a.m.
The following are the curfew laws for Scottsdale, Arizona:
Ages under 16: 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Ages 16-17: 12:00 a.m.
The following are the curfew laws for Chandler, Arizona:
Ages 15 and under: 10 P.M. (everyday, including weekends) (Chandler City ordinance 17-4B1).
Ages 16-17: Midnight (everyday, including weekends) (Chandler City Ordinance 11-1.1).
The following are the curfew laws for Glendale, Arizona:
Ages under 16: 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Ages 16-17: 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

The curfew of Surprise is between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and between 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
You can be out past curfew only if you:
- are with your parent or guardian.
- have prior permission from your parent or guardian, in a motor vehicle traveling to another state.
- have prior permission from your parent or guardian, and are in an employment activity or going to or returning from an employment activity by the most direct route without any detour or stop.
- are involved in an emergency.
- have prior permission from your parent or guardian, and engaged in reasonable, legitimate, and specific business and/or activity.
