Pinetop-Lakeside does have a curfew law. Juveniles (anyone under the age of 18) may not be away from their homes during the following hours:
Under 16 – 10pm to 5am
16 and 17 – midnight to 5am
There are some exceptions. If the juvenile is with his or her parent or legal guardian, is legally emancipated, is on an emergency errand, or is going to or from a school, church, civic, or nonprofit event he or she will not be in violation of the curfew law.
