Question: what is the curfews for the cities of Apache Junction, AZ. And Gilbert, AZ.
Answer: Gilbert's curfew ordinance says the curfew for children under 16 is between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.. For children 16 and 17 years of age, the curfew is 12 a.m. (midnight) to 5 a.m.
Of course, there are also a few exceptions if you are: married and over 16 years of age; traveling to or from employment; involved in an emergency situation; accompanied by his/her parent or guardian or in the military.

Apache Junction’s curfew is 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday for anyone 14 and up and 12 a.m. (midnight) on Friday and Saturday. For anyone who is under 14 years old, the curfew is 10 p.m. everyday.
