I don't think it is fair that 13 year olds should not be able to work, What if 13 year olds parents are having money trouble you should be able to have a job to pay for your own cloths or hep pay the bills. I just about to turn 14 and I still have trouble findig a good paying job so I can start taking over paying for my own things. I think if yonger children want to work they should take a test and pass it alowwing them to be able to work. Thank you for you time.

I'm thirteen and live in New York City. It really sucks when I'm walking down the street with my older friends and go into a store and can't get something. Sure, I get allowence but 10 dollars burns in my hands. I feel bad when my friendes who are fourteen and able to work have to lend me money because I spent my last 5 dollars on breakfast. It's an important thing now to always have money in your pockets even if it means working for just 30 dollars a week we 13 year olds will be smart and save it!!!

I mean I understand that 13 is young but we go to the movies, mall, and parties like anyone else. Here in Tampa they have teen parties 13 and up, and YOU HAVE TO PAY. Most teens cant go anywhere because they dont have any money and babysitting and dog walking dont really help much!
