I really dont think its fair for kids to wait until they're 14 to get a job. What if the need the money? Personally, I dont think this requirement matters as long as youre a good, responsible kid who also is on the honor roll.

i think that 13 year old kids should be able to chooseif they want to work or not and if they cant do the job then the employer could fire them. i think that by that age, there able to make those kinds of desicions.
